Acceptance of Terms

By using the Promptsa website and its tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Promptsa reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. Your continued use of the platform after an updated version is published constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility and Personal Use

The platform is available for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement, that you will use the Service lawfully and responsibly, and that you will not employ it for any misleading or harmful content or content that infringes on the rights of others. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the platform.

Acceptable Use — What We Block

We explicitly block the generation of prompts that target any of the following categories: (1) Violence: describing, planning, justifying, or encouraging harm to people or animals, detailing methods of violence, or glorifying terrorist or mass acts. (2) Sexual exploitation and pornographic content: generating explicit sexual content, content targeting minors, sexual exploitation in any form, or depicting individuals in a sexual context without their consent. (3) Hate speech: demeaning, discriminating against, or inciting hatred toward individuals or groups based on religion, race, gender, origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic. (4) Harassment and intimidation: producing content that harasses, threatens, blackmails, or leaks private information about a specific person. (5) Impersonation and deception: impersonating a person or entity, generating fake news, forging documents, or intentionally deceiving users with misleading information. (6) Illegal content: activities prohibited by law in the user's jurisdiction, infringement of intellectual property rights, system intrusion, or producing dangerous materials. (7) Targeting minors: producing content unsuitable for minors or targeting them in any harmful way.

How We Enforce Blocking

We enforce blocking at four levels: (1) At the tool level: our tools refuse to generate prompts classified under the categories above and return a clear message explaining the reason for refusal. (2) At the input level: we review text inputs for known patterns of prohibited content and block requests targeting these categories. (3) At the published content level: blog articles and technical explanations undergo human review before publication, and we do not publish content that encourages any of the prohibited categories. (4) At the reporting level: we provide a channel to report any output that violates these Terms, and we review and address every report as promptly as possible. Any violating use may result in restricted platform access, disabled features, or other actions we deem appropriate.

Nature of AI Output

Our tools generate instructions (prompts) that are used in external AI models. The results produced by these models may vary from case to case, and we do not guarantee full accuracy or suitability for every use. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, especially in professional, legal, medical, or financial contexts.

Intellectual Property

All rights related to the platform, its design, software, and trademark are reserved by Promptsa. You retain the right to use the prompts you generate through the platform in accordance with applicable laws, without any claim to intellectual property rights over the platform itself or its technical structure. Copying, republishing, or reselling any part of the platform or its original content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Privacy Policy page, which is an integral part of these Terms. We are committed to practices consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the standards applicable within the Service's operating scope, without this being construed as a claim of full compliance in every jurisdiction. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and without express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free, nor that it will achieve any specific results you rely on. We do not control the external models you feed with prompts, nor the final outputs they produce.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from reliance on AI outputs without appropriate human review. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination and Updates

We may update these Terms or suspend access to the Service or any part of it for operational or legal reasons. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you of any material change before it takes effect. You may stop using the Service at any time if you do not agree to the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable within the Service's operating scope. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be sought to be resolved amicably before pursuing any legal action.
